Louis Raymond Will, 90 of Sigel, passed away at 9:05 a.m. Wednesday, December 13, 2017, at Heartland Christian Village in Neoga.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, December 16, 2017, at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Teutopolis with burial in St. Rose Cemetery, Montrose. Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Friday evening at the church.

Louis was born September 13, 1927, in Lillyville, the son of Pete and Francis (Ruholl) Will. He was united in marriage to Marguerite Ungrund on June 30, 1956, in Lillyville. Louis served overseas in the United States Army from 1953-1955. He was a retired farmer of Sigel and a member of St. Rose Catholic Church in Montrose, as well as a lifetime member of the Teutopolis Knights of Columbus. Louis enjoyed hunting, fishing, tractor pulls, and making wine. Louis leaves behind his wife, Marguerite of Sigel; sons, Kenneth Will of Sigel, Melvin (Chris) Will of Sigel, Gary Will of Sigel, and Brian (Karen) Will of Sigel; daughter, Barbara (Terry) Funneman of Teutopolis; grandchildren, Ashley Funneman, Chelsey Funneman, Jared Funneman, Ross Will, Tori Will, Dylan Will, Reagan Will, Brooklyn Will, Dani (Justin) Ruholl, Beth (Josh) Cottrill, Adam (Michelle) Walk, and Seth (Emily) Walk and 8 great-grandchildren; sister, Theresa Probst; brother-in-law, Edward Ungrund and sister-in-law, Alice Ungrund.

Louis was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Adolph, Pete, Henry, Vincent; sisters, Emma Hoelscher, Agnes Mettendorf/Buening, Ludvina Heuerman, and Clara Koester, and in-laws John Ungrund, Anna Ungrund, Henry Ungrund, and Helen Ungrund.

Louis’ family would like to thank the staff at the Heartland Christian Village for caring for him, and treating him like family.
