Marilyn M. Antrim died on June 15, 2023. She was born November 8, 1933 as the first child at the home of her parents Jesse and Mabel (Schultz) Keller.
She was baptized on December 3, 1933 and was confirmed on March 30, 1947. Marilyn was a faithful member of Trinity Lutheran Church at Shumway until April 1986 when she and her husband Don joined St. John’s Lutheran Church in Effingham.
Marilyn was joined in marriage to Donald R. Antrim on June 14, 1953. Don died on April 28, 2001. To this union three children were born. Dennis (Carol), Daniel (Rungdara), and Danette (Phil) Schaefer. They had 11 grandchildren and one step-grandson, 4 great-granddaughters, 4 great-grandsons, and 2 step- granddaughters.
Marilyn’s husband, parents, and one grandchild preceded her in death.
A private memorial will be held at a future date. Johnson Funeral Home in Effingham is assisting the family.
Memorials can be made and sent directly to St. John’s Lutheran Church in Effingham or the American Diabetes Association.
