Cynthia Lankford, 66, of Effingham, IL, passed away on Friday, March 30, 2018, at Effingham Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Effingham.
There will be no services. Burial will be in Mason Cemetery. Johnson Funeral Home in Effingham is assisting the family.
